Ans: No, there is no limit to how many times you can redeem the special offers. 

Q2: Do I have to join Bee-Pro or Bee-Elite membership to enjoy the member-only special offer?

Ans: No, some of the special offers are available for free sign-up members. Although Bee-Pro and Bee-Elite members enjoy more special offers. 

Q3: Can I enjoy the member-only special offer if I am a free sign-up member?

Ans: Yes, please refer to the details of each special offer to see if it is available to Free sign-up members too. 

Q4: How to become Bee-Pro or Bee-Elite member if I am a free sign-up member?

Ans: You can click “Account” > Subscriptions > Change Plan to upgrade your membership or downgrade anytime. 

Q5: How to join Bee-Pro or Bee-Elite membership if I have not signed up any memberships on Bee Prepared?

Ans: You can click “Membership” to select the plan which suits you most. 

Q6: How do I redeem the special offer?

Ans: 1) select the service providers by clicking “Learn More” 2) pay for the original price 3) Save the payment recipe 4) Fill in and submit the “Special offer redemption form”  5) Reimbursement of fees will be transferred in 3 working days

Q7: What can I do if I have problems on redeeming the special offer?

Q8: Do Bee-Elite enjoy more special offers than Bee-Pro members?

Ans: It depends on the services. Details of each special offer can be found on the description of each service provider “Special offer” and “Offer redeem limitation”. 

Q9: What if I just paused/ downgraded/ unsubscribed my Bee-Pro or Bee-Elite membership, can I still enjoy the member-only special offer?

Ans: No. sorry it is only for Bee-Pro or Bee-Elite members. We reserve the right to all the decisions.
